15 days for owners and guests. Quarantined copies may be retained up to 30 days for recovery, security and support, then permanently deleted.

Yes. Choose the approval visibility mode when you create the event.

Which languages are supported?

English, Spanish, Simplified Chinese, Hindi, Arabic, Portuguese, French, German, Russian, Japanese, Turkish and Indonesian. English is always the fallback.

How do I pay?

By card on the website, through Stripe. One-time plans are charged once and never renew. Studio is a monthly subscription you can cancel at any time. Guests never pay for anything. If card payments are not switched on yet, the billing screen says so.

Can photographers use it with their own clients?

Yes. The photographer workspace has its own events, albums, client portals and selections.

Can I move up to a bigger plan during the event?

Yes. Upgrade from the event's billing screen and you pay only the difference between what you already paid and the new plan. The larger storage and guest limits apply as soon as the payment is confirmed.

No. An event's media is stored and served for weeks to a gallery full of guests, and that costs real money on every use. A paid plan is what keeps your photographs online and intact rather than rationed. Essential starts at $39 for a single event.
