What your plan decides
- The plan sets how much storage the event has and how many guests can join it.
- Video uploads work only on plans that include them. Essential is photos only.
- Photos and videos are removed automatically after the access period ends. Download anything you want to keep.
- You can upgrade while an event is live. The new limits apply once the payment is confirmed.
Photographing events for a living?
A subscription for professional photographers, not an event package. Billed monthly or yearly until you cancel.
Retention policy
Photos and videos uploaded to this event are available for 15 days. After 15 days, they will be removed from event owner and guest access. Administrators may access quarantined content for up to 30 days for recovery, security and support purposes. After 30 days, the content will be permanently deleted.
