No app install for guests

For the host

You create the event on the website

Pick the event type, set the date and timezone, and choose who may see what. A join code, a shareable link and a printable QR are generated the moment you finish.

    Choose a visibility mode

    Owner-only, approval required, or published to invited guests. Nothing is preselected — the choice is yours to make deliberately.

    Print the QR for the tables

    One code covers the whole event. Put it on the tables, in the invitation, or on a sign by the door.

    Approve, then deliver

    Review what arrived, publish what guests should see, mark favourites, and prepare downloads before the window closes.

For the guest

Guests scan and upload. Nothing to install.

No account, no app, no password. A guest scans the code, lands in their own language, picks photos from the camera roll and watches them upload.

    The QR opens the event straight in the phone browser. A guest without a camera can type the join code instead.

    Pick photos and video

    Straight from the camera roll, several at a time, with a progress bar for each one.

    See what happened to them

    Each upload shows whether it is waiting for approval or already published, so nobody has to ask.

For the photographer

Professionals deliver into the same event

Finished work is uploaded to a professional area that stays separate from guest uploads, then handed to the client through a portal showing only their own event.

    Upload the finished set

    Professional media is marked as such and never mixes into the guest gallery.

    Build albums and share

    Group the work into albums, then open a client portal scoped to that one event.

    Let the client choose

    Clients mark selections and favourites, then download individually or as a ZIP.

Retention policy

Photos and videos uploaded to this event are available for 15 days. After 15 days, they will be removed from event owner and guest access. Administrators may access quarantined content for up to 30 days for recovery, security and support purposes. After 30 days, the content will be permanently deleted.
